Pengadilan di Moskow mengukuhkan keputusan untuk melarang parade homoseksual untuk seratus tahun ke depan.
Mahkamah hak asasi Eropa telah meminta pemerintah Rusia untuk membayar kerugian kepada Alexeyev.
Alexeyev mengatakan Jumat (17/08) ia akan kembali ke Mahkamah Eropa untuk meminta agar menetapkan bahwa larangan itu tidak adil.
